Our mortgage division is one of the areas leading home purchase lenders as well. We take great pride in being able to offer our advisory services plus have the products to meet your needs.
Our goal is to maintain our family oriented business while at the same time being a leader in innovative products and services. This community has been and will be our home for many years. We hope to be good examples for others and have a positive impact both socially and financially.
I could write an article on the licenses I hold and all the years experience, but that does not let you know anything about me or my family. My wife, Marianne, and I have lived in Miami County for nearly three decades. In fact the only time either of us have not lived here is while I was at school in Bloomington. Being able to work with your spouse is very rewarding, although sometimes it also has its downsides. Going through the ups and downs of the business has made our marriage stronger and keeps us focused on who keeps our doors open, our faithful customers.
One reason we decided to stay in this area was because we feel it is a great place to raise a family. After starting the business in 2001, our focus now is what can we do to better the community. We have become involved with the local United Way, the local Chamber of Commerce, St. Charles and other various local organizations. I encourage each of you to get involved with something and together we can make a difference!
