Estate planning provides us peace of mind knowing our final wishes will be carried out just as we wish. For most of us, our estates are our legacies we leave behind to our loved ones.
Estate Planning
Plan for tomorrow, live for today.
Tough Decisions
It is important that before you pass on you have expressed your final wishes to keep
your family from having to make a tough decision and not knowing what it is you want.
It is strongly suggested having a Medical Power of Attorney to handle such situations.
Wills and Trusts
Having a Will or Trust in place can reduce estate expenses, estate taxes and possibly
avoid Probate. There are many types of Wills and Trusts to accommodate your needs
wether they be simple or very complex.
Probate
Probate is the process of the state liquidating an estate. If someone dies in testate,
the court appoints an attorney to divide the assets and liabilities among the heirs.
This can be very costly and time consuming.
Review
It is suggested that you review your will every few years. As your life and your
family's lives change, most often details of the contract would also need changed.
